Campuses that never stop teaching.
Health sciences, nursing and science buildings, classrooms, residence halls and student life centers, built on active campuses around the academic calendar, with the networks and AV that teaching runs on.
What owners need from us.
The calendar is the schedule
Move-in day, the first day of classes and commencement do not move. Our schedules are built backwards from them.
Labs are machines
Fume hoods, high-bay cranes, process piping, vibration control and dense research networks make lab space one of the hardest building types to get right.
Students are everywhere
Pedestrian routes, deliveries and crane picks have to work around thousands of people walking through campus every day.
What we build.

- 01
Health sciences and science buildings
Simulation wards, anatomy and teaching labs, maker spaces and the exhaust, medical gas, power and data systems behind them.
- 02
Academic and classroom buildings
Lecture halls and active learning classrooms with AV, lecture capture and campus network built in.
- 03
Residence halls and dining
Student housing and dining commons delivered for move-in weekend.
- 04
Student life and recreation
Unions, libraries and recreation centers that anchor campus life.
How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
One team for design and construction when the campus needs a building fast.
Lab exhaust, process piping and casework coordinated in 3D before installation.
Commissioning of lab air balance, fume hoods, building controls, classroom AV and the research network.
Equipment moves and lab activation planned with faculty and research staff.

Practice rooms that work like the real thing.
The Health Sciences & Nursing Building put simulation hospital wards, anatomy labs and a four-story learning atrium under one roof, delivered design-build. The simulation wards got real headwalls, medical gas outlets and nurse call, and our team built the camera, AV and debriefing systems that let instructors record every scenario and replay it in class. Pedestrian routes around the site were reset each semester so the campus kept moving.

Questions owners ask us.
Can you work around exams and campus events?
Yes. We publish quiet periods for exams and commencement, and we schedule noisy work and crane picks around them.
How do you handle lab renovations next to active research?
We map vibration, exhaust and utility needs of neighboring labs first, then plan shutdowns with the researchers who depend on them.
Do you build residence halls on a fixed move-in date?
We do. Residence halls are scheduled backwards from move-in weekend, with furniture and punch complete before students arrive.

Planning a higher education project?
Share the project, the site and the date that matters. A senior builder will come back to you within one business day.
