Secure by design, secure by build.
Courthouses, detention centers, police and fire stations and emergency operations centers, built with the security and durability these buildings demand.
What owners need from us.
Security has no tolerance
Detention hardware, glazing and wall construction have to be installed exactly as specified. A gap in a secure perimeter is a failure.
Staff need to see
Sightlines from control rooms and housing pods keep officers and residents safe. Every wall and fixture is checked against them.
They operate around the clock
Public safety buildings never close. Renovations and expansions must keep dispatch, intake and response running.
What we build.

- 01

How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
One team for design, detention equipment and construction, with fewer handoffs.
Grouted masonry and cast-in-place concrete for secure walls, built by our own crews.
Security electronics, dispatch networks, door control and life safety tested together before turnover.
Sightline studies and embedded conduit coordinated in the model before walls go up.

Built to roll out in seconds.
The Fire Rescue Headquarters was delivered design-build. Eight apparatus bays open straight to the street, the emergency command floor sits inside a hardened envelope with redundant power and communications paths, and the live-burn training tower was built to take heat, water and repetition for the whole region’s crews. Our team built the station alerting, radio rooms, networks and security systems along with the structure, and every failover was tested with fire staff before the first call.

Questions owners ask us.
Do you work with detention equipment contractors?
Yes. We bring detention equipment and security electronics into design early, coordinate embeds in the model and test every door before turnover.
Can you expand a facility that stays in operation?
We can. We phase work behind temporary secure perimeters, control tools and materials on site and coordinate every move with facility staff.
How do you protect sightlines during construction?
We check walls, fixtures and equipment against the design’s sightline studies in the model and again on site before finishes go in.
